Role Overview

As a BIM Modeller, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate 3D models of building services. Your key goal is to deliver high-quality parametric models that meet the design intent and construction requirements.

This role requires strong technical skills, with proficiency in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets. You must have intermediate/advanced skills in software development, specifically visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain 3D models of building services
  • Develop and implement BIM workflows and processes to improve project coordination and delivery
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and quality
  • Perform clash detection and construction coordination
  • Prepare architectural or engineering documentation as required
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Revit drafting/modeling
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation
