Job Description

This is a special projects role that plays a key role in developing site and space planning strategies for medium-to-large-scale office building projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with design teams, consultants, and stakeholders to translate client requirements, programmatic needs and site constraints into optimized planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze site development plans, area tabulations, and conceptual floor layouts
  • Analyze zoning, FAR, setbacks, building massing and circulation strategies
  • Support sustainability goals by integrating passive design, green spaces and flexible layout principles when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with relevant internal stakeholder requirements
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
  • At least 10 years of Architectural Design and project management experience in planning & design of office, commercial buildings and complex projects
  • Strong background in architectural planning, site development, and office space programming
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel (area computations), and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of structural and MEP system implications on spatial planning
  • Willingness to be assigned in Ortigas
