Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify distributor requests and licensing-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Escalate issues to the Manager or Director for decision-making or resolution as necessary.

Main Functions of a Licensing Specialist:

  1. Coding and registration.
  2. IC Registration, License Obtainment, and Agency Movement.
  3. Transfer of Business/Movement of Business, Renewal, Clearance, and Cancellation of Licenses.
  4. Exam Management.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Customer service experience preferably in insurance or sales.
  • Distributor licensing experience.
  • At least 3 years of work experience.
  • Ability to create, analyze, and present reports/data.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Action-oriented and results-driven individual.
  • Team player with good organizational skills.
