As a Store Supervisor with Olympic Village Enterprises Inc., you will be responsible for managing the store from all aspects of management, reporting to Area Sales Managers and VP-Retail Operations. You will represent the store in the Monthly Sales Meeting/Business Planning and analyze brands to develop effective strategies to reach set quotas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet sales targets
  • Coordinate with store staff to ensure sufficient inventory and effective customer service
  • Communicate with vendors, mall administrators, and third-party agencies to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain optimal customer service and compliance with company standards
  • Encourage staff to interact with customers and build their confidence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, or Marketing
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales or retail management
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work retail store hours and be assigned in Muntinlupa City
