We are seeking a Digital Engagement Consultant to join our team in Makati City. This role will be responsible for supporting the definition of a broader Marketing Automation strategy, proposing key initiatives, and evaluating their impact.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating unique and high-impact marketing campaigns, as well as prior experience in database management. Familiarity with relevant automation and performance evaluation software is also essential.

The selected candidate will oversee personalized campaign management, coordinating with the rest of the team, plan tasks involved in launching communications, and act as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth collaboration among all parties involved in a campaign launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Suggesting key initiatives and evaluating their impact on the Marketing Automation strategy
  • Executing email marketing strategies across all owned and native channels
  • Overseeing personalized campaign management and coordinating with the team
  • Planning tasks involved in launching communications and identifying key stakeholders at each stage
  • Acting as a liaison between teams to ensure smooth collaboration during campaign launches

Requirements:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent education
  • Proven experience in creating unique and high-impact marketing campaigns
  • Prior experience in database management, preferably in a similar position
  • Familiarity with relevant automation and performance evaluation software
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Project management skills specific to marketing initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate effectively to produce well-crafted content
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Jira)
  • Advanced English proficiency
