Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Management – Develop and oversee compelling multimedia content that aligns with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Marketing Collateral Design – Design high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and flyers to support campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Performance Analytics & Optimization – Track, analyze, and optimize social media performance using Google Analytics and other insights tools to refine strategies and maximize impact.
  • Website Content Management – Manage and update website content to ensure brand consistency and an engaging user experience.
  • Online Advertising Campaigns – Plan, design, and manage paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, increase reach, and generate leads.
  • Community Engagement & Customer Interaction – Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community that aligns with the brand's voice and values.
  • AI Chatbot & Customer Support – Assist in AI chatbot integration and provide customer service support to enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or Canva) to create high-quality visuals for social media and marketing materials.
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) and experience using social media management tools (e.g., Later.com, Meta Business Suite).
  • Ability to design brochures, presentations, and flyers while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems (Squarespace, WordPress) and online advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to engage audiences, respond to inquiries, and support AI chatbot/customer service initiatives.
  • Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies, adapt to trends, and create compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
