We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist clients in their project's production process, acting as the bridge between our clients and the production team. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with clients and the production team regarding new/updated processes or products.
  • Providing feedback to the management team to improve products, services and customer experience.
  • Maintaining an objective approach to keeping clients happy and returning for more work.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the project remains within scope and timelines are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to explain and present technical information.
  • Background in handling internet-related products such as web hosting and web design.
