As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for packaging, testing, and delivering applications using our in-house platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging:Create software packages based on customer requests, ensuring timely delivery and meeting customer expectations.
  • Testing:Thoroughly test packages and document the process in our ticketing system, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
  • Customer Interaction:Collaborate with global customers via email and video meetings to provide troubleshooting, guidance, and support, fostering strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Troubleshooting:Resolve customer-related software and operating system issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Documentation:Maintain detailed records of updates and processes, ensuring transparency and ease of reference.
  • Teamwork:Collaborate with team members on complex issues and escalations, leveraging collective expertise to achieve common goals.
  • Time Management:Prioritize and manage workload independently, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Software Packaging:Proficiency in tools like Orca, MSI, ODT, Transforms, PowerShell App Deploy Toolkit, Wise Script, and Admin Studio, ensuring seamless integration and deployment.
  • Scripting:Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, AutoIt, Visual Basic, and Batch, enabling efficient automation and customization.
  • Endpoint Management:Familiarity with deployment tools like SCCM, Intune, Azure, Endpoint Central, and Ivanti, facilitating streamlined management and deployment.
  • Configuration:Strong understanding of endpoint configuration and customization, allowing for tailored solutions and optimized performance.
  • Software Updates:Knowledge of software update and third-party patching (e.g., WSUS, SUP, Windows Update), ensuring up-to-date systems and minimizing security risks.
  • OSD and Drivers:Experience with OSD, drivers, and task sequences, streamlining deployment and reducing complexity.
  • Problem-Solving:Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, enabling rapid resolution of technical issues and minimization of downtime.
  • Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting customer expectations.
  • Communication:Strong communication and collaboration skills, facilitating effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement.
  • Time Management:Ability to work under pressure and meet customer deadlines, prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
  • Customer Support:High-level customer support skills, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
