Social Media Strategist Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to develop and implement effective social media campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. This key role will be responsible for creating visual concepts, developing content for multiple platforms, editing and assembling recorded raw material, and following an editorial calendar.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Create engaging visual content using graphic designing and video editing software.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on various social media platforms, utilizing expertise in advertising tools, audience targeting, and budget optimization.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of successful content creation in a professional portfolio.
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service, or in the BPO industry is an advantage.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, and other essential design tools.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, and CRMs.
  • Expertise in handling different social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and online calendars and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to handle phone, email, and instant messaging communication platforms.
  • Strong computer skills, time management, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
Equipment Requirements:
  • Laptop/Desktop with at least i3/Core i5 processor or equivalent AMD processor and 8 GB RAM.
  • Computer headset with noise-cancelling feature.
  • Wired internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps speed.
  • Software requirements include Microsoft Office & PDF reader, Anydesk, Gdrive, Skype, Zoom, and graphic design/video editing applications like Adobe Photoshop/Capcut.
