Job Title: Product Development Manager

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and beverage development, with a focus on creating innovative and delicious products that meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead competitive benchmarking and sensory evaluations of best-selling products to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate consumer research initiatives with R&D and Marketing teams to stay ahead of market trends and preferences.
  • Analyze consumer trends and equity studies to generate actionable insights that inform product development decisions.
  • Recommend new ideas and initiatives based on market data to drive business growth and expansion.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in food service or manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of food science, sensory evaluation, and food analysis.
  • Experience in product development and technical services.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid working set-up).
