This position involves taking charge of conceptualizing and executing visually striking campaigns and projects that captivate audiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from initial concept to final delivery.

Main Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrating exceptional design abilities and creative vision to develop innovative solutions.
  • Providing strategic direction and taking ownership of project deliverables.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual messaging.
  • Developing and maintaining a clear creative vision across multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and working effectively under pressure.
  • Delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Working independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Gathering information and conducting research as needed.
  • Communicating challenges and opportunities to relevant team members.
  • Demonstrating strong production skills, work ethic, and attention-to-detail.
  • Presenting concepts and campaigns confidently to clients and leadership.
  • Obtaining necessary approvals for all projects.
  • Coordinating photo shoots and resource utilization.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior designers in creative and technical areas.
  • Evaluating and improving processes for continuous improvement.
  • Interpreting corporate brand guidelines and applying them appropriately.

Requirements

">

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Motion Graphics.
  • 3-6 years of experience in agency, in-house, or learning and development environments.
  • Strong knowledge of digital and print production.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Ability to generate new assets and edit existing ones, including photographs.
  • Able to craft effective presentations using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and potential for management roles.

Desirable Qualifications

In addition to the requirements above, it would be advantageous if you have:

  • A background in Art Direction with design skills.
  • Prior experience in a learning and development organization.
  • Experience with Captivate, Storyline, Premiere, After Effects, LMS systems, SCORM compliance, audio production.
  • Web development experience and UX/UI expertise.
  • A diversified background and interests to draw inspiration from.
