As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for crafting innovative and captivating visual experiences that bring our brand to life.

We are seeking an exceptional designer who can interpret complex information and present it in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual strategies that meet our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Design engaging layouts, infographics, and art requirements that align with editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with editors, reporters, and photographers to enhance storytelling through effective design.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual impact across all design deliverables.
  • Review and refine designs to enhance storytelling, clarity, and impact.
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure design integrity, accuracy, and adherence to editorial style.
  • Implement feedback from Art Section Sr. Officer, editors, and writers to continuously improve design outputs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a newsroom or print environment.
  • Experience working with editorial teams and an understanding of publication design processes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and other design software.
  • Strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
