Job Title: E-commerce Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Strategist to lead growth across all channels, with a strong focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate has deep e-commerce expertise and a proven track record of scaling brands profitably.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow product categories across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart
  • Monitor sales, market share, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and competitive advantage
  • Refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to improve profitability and marketplace performance
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and promotional initiatives to boost visibility and conversion rates
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, inventory, and promotional channels
  • Design and implement customer feedback polls to gather insights on satisfaction and preferences; use findings to improve listings, ads, and overall brand strategy
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development, positioning, and campaign strategies
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in owning a category, driving sales, profits, and growth on Amazon
  • Excellent understanding of e-commerce principles, including listing and pricing optimization, product expansion, and competitive research
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze large datasets
  • Effective communication and project management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
