Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to craft engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop instructional materials using Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, Edge Animate, etc.)
  • Create static and motion graphics for e-learning content
  • Use e-learning authoring tools (Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline) to develop instructional media
  • Familiarity with visual design principles, e-learning development/interaction, Bloom's Taxonomy of Learning Domains, the ADDIE model of instructional design, Gagne's 9 Events of Instruction, and Mayer's 12 Principles of Multimedia Learning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of work experience in the related field
  • Training delivery experience is an advantage, but not required

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio that showcases their expertise in multimedia arts and e-learning development. Proficiency in visual design principles and storytelling techniques is also essential.
