We're looking for a creative professional to join our team as a Content Associate. As a key member of our social media department, you'll be responsible for developing engaging content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement content strategies across various platforms
  • Source and manage user-generated content creators and agencies to deliver high-quality video content
  • Develop clear and concise creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple paid platforms
  • Work with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Essential Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven track record of producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms and what makes content convert
  • Excellent project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
  • A team player who can collaborate across creative, external partners, and performance teams
