Lead Digital Content Specialist Role

Job Description

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for developing and implementing effective digital content strategies to engage our audience. As a Lead Digital Content Specialist, you will be at the forefront of creating compelling content that showcases our brand values and resonates with our community.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. They will possess excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt their tone and style to meet our brand's unique voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand strategy
  • Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that aligns with our brand tone and resonates with our audience
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering meaningful connections with followers

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Stable internet connection and backup options
  • Proven ability to grow and manage online communities, increasing engagement organically
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to brand tone and patient-first communication
