Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience throughout all interactions.
Your Role- Act as the primary point of contact for clients to address their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by continuously monitoring client feedback and adjusting services accordingly.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
