Job Opportunity

We are seeking a driven appointment setter to help us connect with healthcare practices and other target industries. You'll be engaging decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Duties
  • Make outbound calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental & orthodontic practices, hearing health & audiology, physical therapy & rehab clinics, and other healthcare-adjacent businesses.
  • Send personalized direct messages via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in our CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate call records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals.
  • Follow scripts while adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
  • Comfortable using tools like powerdialer Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
  • Stable internet connection and professional work environment.
Preferred
  • Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance or medical office operations.
