With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Healthcare Outreach Specialist to join our team. This role involves interacting with customers through outbound sales calls, educating them about the benefits and value of our products, and building trust by showcasing our expertise in the healthcare industry.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a proven track record in B2C sales, particularly in managing high-volume outbound and cold call functions. Your medical or healthcare industry experience is also highly valued as it enhances your ability to engage effectively with customers. Additionally, you must possess strong phone presence, excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer-centric approach.

In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls, build positive working relationships with them to enhance our company's image and public perception, and strive to improve customer satisfaction through exceptional customer service. You will also place outbound calls to promote new products and services, complete call notes and reports as necessary, and keep up-to-date knowledge about existing products and services.

This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, manage their time wisely, and handle stressful situations appropriately. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in relevant computer applications and excellent written and verbal English language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-Volume Outbound Sales Calls: Engage with customers via phone to identify their needs or issues and educate them about our products.
  • Customer Education and Support: Leverage your expertise to provide recommendations and solutions to customers, build trust, and communicate the benefits and value of our products.
  • Call Reporting and Note-Taking: Complete call notes and reports as necessary and update them in the database.
  • Product Knowledge Management: Keep up-to-date knowledge about existing products and services.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build positive working relationships with customers to enhance our company's image and public perception.
  • Time Management and Prioritization: Prioritize tasks effectively, manage your time wisely, and handle stressful situations appropriately.

Requirements:

  • B2C Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2C sales, particularly in managing high-volume outbound and cold call functions.
  • Medical or Healthcare Industry Experience: Highly valued as it enhances your ability to engage effectively with customers.
  • Strong Phone Presence and Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-Solving and Interpersonal Skills: Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Computer Application Proficiency: Proficient in relevant computer applications.
  • English Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
