Virtual Assistant - Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with strong digital marketing skills to support our clients' success. As a key player in our team, you will manage a mix of administrative and digital marketing tasks, leveraging your expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles, Google Analytics, WordPress, and social media platforms.

About the Role
  • This role involves conducting keyword research and optimizing content for search engines, updating page titles and descriptions on WordPress websites, analyzing and translating data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools, managing and scheduling social media posts, building and tracking performance dashboards for SEO, social media, and conversions, and managing all inbound leads efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize website content for better search engine rankings.
  2. Update page titles, meta descriptions, and other website elements to enhance user experience and search engine visibility.
  3. Analyze data from various marketing tools, including Google Analytics and Google Search Console, to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
  4. Manage and schedule social media posts to engage audiences, build brand awareness, and drive website traffic.
  5. Develop and track performance dashboards to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Efficiently manage all inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • A solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and their application in digital marketing.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and WordPress.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
