Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.

  • Conduct and analyze market research to identify target audiences and create segments.
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns to achieve measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage budgets for all paid media efforts.
  • Work on email and SMS marketing campaigns via Klaviyo.
  • Implement SEO and search optimization strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on Paid Media Campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing successful Paid Media Campaigns with measurable results.
Preferred Skills/Expertise
  • Experience in a Digital Marketing Agency Setting.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Blueprint.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Ambitious and a Fun Personality.
  • Proficiencies in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
