This clinical operations role ensures delivery of high-quality services to enterprise clients, bridging client expectations with internal clinical standards and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management & Reporting
- The primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients, managing the delivery and quality of monthly reports and insights.
- Tracking Service Level Agreements and addressing gaps or risks proactively.
- Attending client-facing meetings, facilitating escalations, and leading regular reviews.
- Supporting solutioning for special projects.
- Ensuring clinician rosters are filled, services delivered on time across onsite and virtual channels.
- Managing transitions, escalations, and referrals for high-risk or complex cases.
- Monitoring clinical quality benchmarks for delivery operations, helpline, care navigation, and counselling teams.
- Co-developing and localising SOPs for country-specific delivery requirements.
- People management for assigned onsite or regional clinicians (counsellors and psychologists).
- Monitoring session quality, flagging performance issues, and providing developmental feedback.
- Conducting orientation and operational onboarding for new clinicians.
- Aligning clinicians with internal clinical policies, ethics, and SOPs.
- Collaborating with other teams on improvements to service experience and workflows.
- Contributing to new program planning, pilot rollout, or clinical enhancement projects.
- Master's Degree in Counselling, Clinical Psychology, or related mental health disciplines.
- Professional registration with a relevant counselling/psychology board.
- At least 3–5 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical operations, client relationship management, or case management.
- Experience managing clinicians preferably in a B2B, hospital, or EAP setting.
- Ability to balance clinical quality and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in creating reports, analysing trends, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
