Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced software quality assurance engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

  • The primary goal is to identify and report defects in a timely manner, ensuring seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  2. Collaborate with software developers and other team members to identify and resolve issues.
  3. Create and maintain test plans and test cases.
  4. Execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs and issues.
  5. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  6. Work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
  • Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with test automation for frontend web apps, backend RESTful APIs, and SQL databases (data testing).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
