Job Title:

Quality Assurance Engineer

">Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing manual and automation test tools, methodologies, scripts, and executing end-to-end automation and manual test cases.

">Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for automated and manual testing.

  • Developing scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks.

  • Contributing to implementing repeatable automated tests during sprints to ensure quality, reduce test execution time, and incorporate automated tests into CI/CD processes.

  • Working with business users, business analysts, and engineers to ensure that assigned defects are resolved.

  • Maintaining awareness of external environments and trends in testing to contribute to process improvement.

  • Coaching and training other team members on manual and automated testing.

">Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

  • 2+ years of software testing experience (manual and automation).

  • 1+ year of automation experience with preferred tools such as Playwright or Selenium.

  • Experience in both manual and automated testing, including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating, and test coverage.

  • Experience working with external parties and vendors.

  • Demonstrated capability to learn and understand a business and its processes and systems in depth.

  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services and API testing.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution.

  • Experience testing web, mobile, and windows applications.

  • Ability to work across multiple products, platforms, and squads.

  • Prior experience in outsourced employee benefits and administration service domain.
