**Job Title:** Technical Support Professional - IAM

We are seeking an experienced IAM professional to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing IAM processes, ensuring proper user access control and policy enforcement.

The successful candidate will support the implementation and management of MFA systems while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Additionally, you will contribute to identity provisioning and de-provisioning processes and provide basic support in incident response related to access control and security breaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage IAM processes to ensure proper user access control and policy enforcement
  • Support the implementation and management of MFA systems
  • Contribute to identity provisioning and de-provisioning processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
