Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy CIAM solutions using tools like ForgeRock, Okta, or similar IAM platforms.
  • Set up and manage authentication and authorization mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and federated identity management.
  • Oversee the entire identity lifecycle, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and ongoing management of customer identities.
  • Ensure that customer data is protected and privacy is maintained in compliance with regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and others.
  • Integrate CIAM solutions with various applications and services, including web, mobile, and API-based systems.
  • Work closely with UX designers to ensure that CIAM solutions provide a seamless and user-friendly experience.
  • Implement monitoring and analytics to track user behavior, detect anomalies, and ensure the integrity of the CIAM system.
  • Create and maintain documentation for CIAM processes and provide training to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement incident response plans for CIAM-related security incidents and breaches.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on CIAM solutions.
  • Proficiency in IAM technologies such as ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of standards such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and SCIM.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and others.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex security challenges.
