Reimagining technical project management requires a skilled professional who can drive schedules, resources and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects. This includes managing project risks, developing strategies for smooth delivery and fostering strong communication across diverse project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Manage and oversee the delivery of projects, focusing on effective resource allocation and time management.
  • Technical Analysis: Participate in the functional and technical design of systems, processes and applications, capturing requirements and improving system capabilities.
  • Process Mapping: Analyze current-state workflows to architect future-state process flows, enhancing operational efficiency and system performance.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage potential project risks, developing strategies for successful project delivery.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster strong relationships with team members and stakeholders to guide project teams toward common objectives.
  • Expertise in Anti-Fraud and AML: Apply deep understanding of anti-fraud and AML principles to inform project decisions and meet business and regulatory standards.
  • Product Component Design: Contribute to the development of application components, including creation of rules, scorecards, decision trees/tables, and system variables.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in project or delivery management, preferably in financial services or technology involving anti-fraud or AML.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of functional design and development of core application components.
  • Domain Knowledge: Clear understanding of anti-fraud and AML business principles and operational processes.
  • Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire project teams.
  • System Integration Understanding: Proficiency in system integration concepts and familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms used for business solution development.

Nice to Have:

  • Behavioral Device Intelligence: Experience with behavioral device intelligence for fraud detection is highly beneficial.
  • Artificial Intelligence Knowledge: Exposure to applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) to solve business challenges is a valuable asset.
  • Professional Certifications: Relevant certification such as PMP or CAPM is highly valued.
