Key Role: Digital Mental Health Content Specialist

This critical role involves developing engaging digital mental health content, supporting product growth, and collaborating with businesses to ensure seamless integration and adoption.

  • Develop compelling written content, including digital diary prompts and interactive learning materials that promote mental well-being and resilience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine psychological tests and assessments, including test structure, scoring models, and user interpretation.
  • Contribute to product development, working with AI-driven solutions and digital mental health tools to create effective learning experiences.
  • Stay updated on the latest mental health trends and research to enhance our products and services.

Business Engagement & Client Success:

  • Support new clients during onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Communicate effectively with business clients to guarantee successful adoption and engagement.
  • Work closely with the business team to create tailored materials that promote mental well-being initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to make complex psychological concepts accessible to businesses.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business, Communications, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working with corporate clients and conveying mental health concepts in a practical manner.
  • Experience in content creation, e-learning, instructional design, or business communication is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video creation tools is desirable, especially Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
