Mental Health Network Development Specialist

We are expanding our mental health service provider network in Asia. As a key player in this initiative, you will be responsible for identifying and partnering with qualified professionals to meet the growing demand for their services.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand our mental health service provider network in China markets (China, Hong Kong, Macau, etc)
- Identify and onboard mental health professionals who can offer high-quality ad hoc psychological support to clients
- Assess client needs and match them with suitable providers using our proprietary database
- Maintain accurate applicant information in talent acquisition systems and provider databases
- Respond promptly to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times
- Coordinate the distribution of provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
- Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
- Uphold strict confidentiality of client information
- Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers
- Proactively manage caseloads to ensure efficient service delivery
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin
- Experience with recruiting in the Asian job market
- Database management experience of candidates
