Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled mental health professional to join our team as a Senior Mental Health Crisis Response Specialist.

This is an integral part of the crisis support experience, ensuring timely and effective support for individuals in need and helping us reach more people around the world.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis response services via phone, text, or chat, ensuring high-quality support to callers.
  • Maintain standards of quality and management, adhering to best practices for all scenarios.
  • Engage with stakeholders through effective communication channels, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Utilize systems to track and communicate client information, ensuring seamless care coordination.
  • Work closely with the operations team and fellow professionals to address clients' needs effectively.
  • Exercise empathy and proactivity in helping clients in need, always prioritizing their well-being.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience working in crisis response.
  • Completed training in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) or its equivalent.
  • Certification in Psychological First Aid and Suicide Prevention.
  • A Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to improve and develop.
