Project Architect Job Description:

 

About the Role

This position involves handling architectural projects independently and remotely. A strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and structure is required for success in this role.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate architectural projects throughout various phases.
  • Develop 3D models and visualizations using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion.
  • Lead and guide team members within project teams.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure quality, deadlines, and compliance with established standards.
  • Document and present projects effectively.
Requirements
  • Completed degree in architecture from a top 100 university.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect.
  • Practical experience using ArchiCAD 3D and Twinmotion.
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of construction methods.
  • Interest in Swiss building culture and willingness to familiarize yourself with local conditions.
  • Willingness to engage proactively with Swiss standards and high-quality benchmarks.
  • Experience leading and coordinating team members.
  • Ability to work independently, structured, forward-thinking, and responsibly.

Portfolio Requirements
  • Provide proof of previous project experience.
  • Presentation of specific role and responsibilities within these projects.
  • Examples of managing and supporting architectural projects through various project phases.
