We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have recent experience using project management tools, a proven background in project management, office administration or operations, exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision, and a professional reliable and proactive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit and convert existing open files into structured projects with clear milestones deliverables timelines and deadlines.
  • Build and maintain internal documentation for project status reviews.
  • Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all active matters and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Recent experience using project management tools Jira Trello or similar platforms.
  • Proven background in project management office administration or operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Professional reliable and proactive work ethic.
