Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual and video content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

You will plan, schedule, and publish posts with strong hooks and CTAs to drive engagement and growth. You will also collaborate on social media strategy and content calendars, monitor engagement, and provide reporting on growth metrics and trends.

To succeed in this role, you must have 1–3+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation. You should have strong graphic design and video editing skills, as well as a sharp eye for aesthetics and attention-grabbing visuals.

Familiarity with fitness, lifestyle, or wellness brands is a strong plus. You must be a proactive self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also essential.

In addition to your technical skills, you should have knowledge of social media best practices and algorithm trends. Nice-to-haves include experience working with early-stage or new brands, knowledge of paid social media, and familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar.
