Social Media Marketing Specialist

Join our team as a Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage social media presence and reputation.

  • We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented specialist to engage, create content, cross-post, monitor reputation, and stay on top of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage daily on LinkedIn, focusing on top posts, professional PH posts, mentions of the brand, employee posts, and PH-related themes.
  2. Cross-post all LinkedIn content to Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  3. Read Amazon news twice daily and share updates via WhatsApp and Social Slack.
  4. Create content using the master AI prompt with photos, run first 10 posts by the approver for approval, then schedule posts natively.
  5. Check daily for negative mentions across the web (including Reddit), report negatives, and monitor mentions of the brand and company name.
  6. Pitch new content ideas, improve the master AI prompt over time, and repurpose high-performing posts into new formats.
Requirements:
  1. Familiarity with AI navigation.
  2. Strong skills in LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube content strategies.
  3. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft professional yet personable comments and posts.
  4. Proactive in identifying industry trends and Amazon-related news.
  5. Creative mindset with experience in content repurposing and basic graphic formatting.
  6. Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in meeting daily posting and monitoring schedules.
  7. Prior experience in social media management is preferred, but strong motivation and adaptability are valued.
