Job Description:

Virtual English Teacher

This role is ideal for passionate educators who are committed to inspiring students and fostering a collaborative and engaging classroom environment.

We are seeking an experienced English teacher to join our team of online instructors. The Virtual English Teacher will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, utilizing technology to differentiate lessons, teaching live classes, grading student work, providing feedback, and representing the brand in all interactions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging online lessons to students
  • Utilize technology to enhance the learning experience
  • Moderate online discussions and provide feedback to students
  • Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction accordingly

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Teaching certification (e.g. TESOL, TEFL)
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a virtual team
