Job Description:

The Technology Logistics Associate plays a key role in supporting the efficient movement, tracking, and deployment of technology equipment assets for remote agents. This role bridges the gap between IT operations and logistics, ensuring timely delivery and returns of assets with internal procedures.

This associate will be responsible for handling daily chat support, managing at least 15 chats per day, and addressing escalations while prioritizing requests through emails, text messages, and phone calls for recovery and shipments.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides ongoing support for Reverse and NA Logistics, and contributes to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and metrics for Quality and Incident updates.
  • Coordinate with remote agents for shipment and retrieval of equipment
  • Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement teams to reorder equipment when needed.
  • Support IT teams with equipment status updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment returns and asset tracking.
