Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a law degree and at least 3 years of experience working with US law firms, including hands-on review, redlining, and drafting of commercial contracts.

They must be fluent in English with exceptional written communication skills and able to create concise summaries of contract terms.

The successful candidate will also have extensive experience operating within contract management systems, creating templates, organizing folders and files, applying tags for searchability, and managing day-to-day tasks.

Additionally, they should have proven experience setting up no-code automations in contract management systems, including approval routing rules and conditional workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process internal NDAs, MSAs, and contract amendments through approval workflows.
  • Review and redline contracts, draft legal summaries highlighting key terms and risks.
  • Manage contracts within the contract management system, including creating templates, folders, and directing files to appropriate locations.
  • Set up and maintain automated workflows in contract management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Law degree with at least 3 years of experience working with US law firms.
  • Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
  • Extensive experience operating within contract management systems.
  • Proven experience setting up no-code automations in contract management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years in legal operations roles with a focus on contract lifecycle management and automation.
  • Direct experience with contract management systems, including setting up automations, tasks, and workflows.
