Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire freight forwarding process from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

This includes but is not limited to ETA checking, job updates, shipment and consolidation registration, updating order track reports, sending worksheets, processing transshipments, monitoring and chasing commercial documents, invoicing, sea cargo automation lodgment, uploading Telex HBL/MBL, sending arrival notices, and creating organizations.

In addition, the Process Specialist will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and handling freight documents.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Customs Administration or related field.
  • Knowledgeable in EDI and Incoterms.
  • Familiarity with CargoWise or similar systems.
  • Related work experience in a freight/brokerage firm.
  • Ability to enter data within specified Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines.
  • Good communicator in email, chat, and online meetings.
