Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Associate to support our data research and upkeep efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing, validating, and appending various attributes of data that will be fed back into core systems and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection: Gather accurate and relevant data from multiple sources, including online databases, company websites, search engine results, and other research methods.
  • Data Validation: Utilize provided tools and resources to ensure data quality and consistency, which may involve manual validation, standardization, and removal of inconsistencies or errors.
  • Record Analysis: Provide detailed commentary where data cannot be corroborated and offer alternative approaches to improve overall quality or results.
  • Quality Control: Adhere to best practices to ensure high accuracy and reliability in work, and make recommendations to improve best practices.
  • Productivity: Collaborate with the team to achieve daily targets and project objectives by applying effective task management strategies.
  • Communication: Clearly convey research findings and outcomes to colleagues and supervisors through written and verbal communication.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years experience in research, data, analytics.
  • Demonstrated strong English language communication skills - written and spoken.
  • Basic computer literacy - emails, spreadsheets, search engines, data entry.
  • Fundamental understanding of research methodologies and data collection techniques.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and contribute positively to the team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
