We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customer Support Advocate.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, handling communication from initial request through to resolution.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
  • Collect customer feedback and contribute to product direction.
  • Identify and escalate technical issues to the development team.
  • Develop and improve processes to scale support with the growing business.
  • Create and maintain documentation for internal and customer use.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating professional documents and presentations.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism professionally.
  • Engage in articulate dialogue while maintaining an open mind.
