Campaign Deployment Professional

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can showcase your technical skills and contribute to the success of our team? As a Campaign Deployment Professional, you will be responsible for deploying CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands, ensuring their successful execution with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

Your primary objective will be to ensure the smooth deployment of CRM campaigns by setting up and localizing automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will also be responsible for reviewing and testing campaign setups to ensure they function as expected, monitoring send-outs, and flagging any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement creative solutions to complex problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make a meaningful contribution to our company's growth and success.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms;
  • Familiarity with Data Extensions, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio;
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion;
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities with clear communication, alignment of expectations, and effective collaboration across teams and departments;
  • A basic understanding of SQL is a plus but not required;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines;
  • Strong communication and writing skills in English.
