The role of a Campaign Deployment Specialist is crucial in supporting the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team. Your primary responsibility will be to deploy CRM campaigns across multiple countries and brands, ensuring their successful execution with a strong focus on quality and timely delivery.

This position requires you to:

  • Deploy CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation, creating messages for various channels, and setting up journeys.
  • Set up and localize automations, journeys, messages, and data extensions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Review and test campaign setups to ensure they function as expected.
  • Monitor campaign send-outs and flag any issues to the CRM Campaign Management Expert Team.
  • Ensure adherence to a defined quality assurance process and timely deployment of campaigns.
  • Regularly report project progress to stakeholders within the organization.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar email platforms.
  • Experience in setting up cross-channel journeys in SFMC; other channels are beneficial.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with AMPscript is advantageous but not required.
