Customer Service Representative Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
Your primary role will involve resolving customer issues on the first call through effective problem-solving, researching and retrieving information across systems to support customer needs, and accurately documenting interactions and processing claims.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your communication skills, work in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to high-impact projects with some of the world's most iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
- Resolve customer issues on the first call
- Research and retrieve information to support customer needs
- Document interactions and process claims accurately
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior call center experience required
- Strong command of the English language required
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems required
