About the Role:
As a seasoned professional in client management, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our online marketplace clients. Your primary goal will be to ensure their needs are met efficiently, issues are resolved promptly, and opportunities for business growth are maximized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive account strategies to support global channel growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to conceptualize and lead tailored marketing campaigns.
- Align buying strategies with campaign planning to achieve business goals such as sales, gross margin, and sell-through rate.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans for future performance enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- +5 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, or marketplace strategy.
- Proven track record of driving sales and growth in a multi-channel or online marketplace environment.
