About the Role

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Pricing Analyst. As a key member of our pricing team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our Target Price algorithm, analyzing market trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.


Responsibilities
  • Pricing Analysis: Utilize statistical methods and tools to analyze pricing data, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize revenue growth.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Design and implement standardized reporting and dashboards to track pricing performance, provide regular insights, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Target Price Algorithms: Define, review, and update Target Price algorithms for all products, segments, channels, and sales motions to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Pricing Analytics: Run pricing analytics and provide input on product pricing, promotions ROI, margins, and other key metrics to inform business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills
  • At least 5 years of related experience in supporting analytics and insights.
  • Experience with statistical methods and analysis (e.g., regression analysis and modeling) and preferably exposure to pricing data.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently.
