About the Role

As a seasoned Technical Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate closely with sales teams to design and architect IT solutions that meet clients' specific requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure technical aspects are addressed throughout the sales process.
  • Develop customized technical solutions that align with client needs and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software within clients' environments.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve implementation issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Participate in post-sales calls/activities with large customers, ensuring continuity and success in customer adoption and future expansion.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Ability to understand business objectives and priorities by acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Minimum 6 years of technical experience selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Experience with cloud providers: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of web protocols and security.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and solve problems independently and within cross-functional teams.
Our Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has worked for multiple vendors in Technical Solutions Engineering or Senior Support capacity, selling complex IT solutions into large enterprises. They have abundant Windows or Linux experience, a background in IT solutions design, and comprehensive knowledge of the pre-sales process.
