Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and driving overall store performance. This role requires a results-driven and hands-on individual with experience in restaurant management, a passion for food and service, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver consistent quality.

This position is responsible for leading and training staff, monitoring food quality and safety, managing staff schedules and attendance, handling inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant (dining and kitchen)
  • Lead and train staff to deliver excellent service and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Monitor food quality, safety, and presentation
  • Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
  • Handle inventory, supplies, and order management
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction
  • Coordinate with HR and Operations for hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
  • Achieve sales targets, cost control, and profitability goals
  • Submit reports on sales, staff, and store performance
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management or related course
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities
  • Knowledge in inventory and POS systems is a plus
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
  • Can work under pressure and handle fast-paced environment
