Logistics and Inventory Management:

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing and overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient processes, maximizing warehouse productivity, and maintaining employee safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise employees and coordinate logistical processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  2. Analyze warehouse productivity, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative work procedures to enhance efficiency.
  3. Maintain inventory and optimize storage utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  4. Coordinate transactions, issues, and concerns with other departments to resolve problems efficiently.
  5. Provide regular reports on warehouse transactions, inbound and outbound shipments, and inventory levels to stakeholders.
  6. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  7. Determine staffing levels and assign workloads to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  8. Evaluate and maintain basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  2. At least 3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a related role.
  3. Proven supervisory skills and techniques, with ability to direct and coordinate operations effectively.
  4. Strong knowledge of data systems processing and proficiency in MS Office.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
  6. Physically and mentally fit, with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and safety consciousness.
