Business Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Business Optimization Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for streamlining our business processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
    • Develop and maintain tools and systems to support scalable operations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.
    • Conduct analysis and provide performance insights to support operational decision-making.
    • Support change management efforts and cross-functional projects related to tooling, automation, and process optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in business process optimization, tools and systems configuration, and workflow automation.
  • Proven hands-on experience with collaboration and process tools like Jira, Confluence, and HubSpot.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
