Key Skills & Experiences

Education : High school diploma or similar preferred.

Experience :

Previous call center experience in sales capacity or other call handling experience preferred.

Hotel/travel experience desired.

Technical Skills:

  • Customer service and sales skills with balance between sales and service.
  • Bilingual communication skills – listening, written, verbal.
  • Social intelligence – empathy, self-awareness, cultural sensitivity.
  • Customize generic information.
  • Web-based navigation skills.
  • Embracing technological changes.
  • Efficient data capture.
  • Basic software and hardware trouble shooting.

Physical Requirements:

Work performed in normal office environment and/or remotely (work from home).
